At Styles by Ashley Hines, I help clients elevate their personal style with confidence. From photoshoot and event styling to wardrobe edits and online shopping, I create effortless, polished looks tailored to your lifestyle. We offer a range of specialized services tailored to meet your individual needs. Our approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing effective and practical solutions.

Photo & Event Styling Booking Policy

  • Booking in Advance: All services must be booked at least 2 weeks (or more) in advance to ensure availability.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum one-week notice is required. Cancellations with less than one week’s notice may incur a 50% fee. 

  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable once services are confirmed. Travel fees (in-state or out-of-state) are also non-refundable.

  • Travel Fees:

    • In-State: $40 for travel over 40 minutes from Florence, SC

    • Out-of-State: Flat travel fee, agreed upon before booking

  • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up without notice are responsible for 100% of the service fee plus travel fees.

This ensures clients understand your time, effort, and travel costs are valued, and protects you from last-minute losses.

Wardrobe Styling

$200 - 1-4 Hours Max

Wardrobe Styling is a personalized, in-person service designed to help you make the most out of what you already own, while elevating your overall style and confidence. This service focuses on fit, coordination, and intention, so getting dressed no longer feels overwhelming.

During your session, we’ll review your wardrobe, identify what works for your body and lifestyle, and create styled looks that feel authentic to you. Whether you’re preparing for a new season, a lifestyle shift, or simply tired of feeling like you have “nothing to wear,” this service brings clarity and structure to your closet.

This service may include:

  • Closet review & clean-out guidance

  • Outfit creation using existing pieces

  • Styling for everyday wear, work, or events

  • Recommendations for missing essentials

  • Fit advice and styling adjustments

This service is ideal for clients who want to feel put-together, confident, and intentional without constantly buying new clothes. The goal is to create looks that are functional, flattering, and aligned with who you are now.


CLOSET CLOSET CLEAN OUT AND REFRESH IS A SEPARATE ADD ON SERVICE ! 

Price : $150

This service is for clients who want to get the most out of what they already own. I’ll go through your closet with you (or for you) and help you decide what stays, what goes, and what needs tailoring. We’ll clear out pieces that no longer fit your body, lifestyle, or personal style, then organize what’s left in a way that makes getting dressed easy and stress-free. From there, I’ll create styled outfits using your existing wardrobe so you can see new possibilities without buying unnecessary items.

 

Includes:

 

  • Closet purge (keep / donate / discard / tailor)
  • Style-based guidance on what no longer serves you
  • Closet organization and re-hang
  • Outfit creation from pieces you already own
  • Styling tips to help you mix and match confidently

 

 

Please note:

This add-on is for one standard closet. Additional closets or extended time may require an additional fee. Donation items will be bagged and left with the client.

Photoshoot/Event Styling

 $250 - 2-6 Hours Max

Step up your look with Ashley Hines Official Photo & Event Styling, a full-service, in-person styling experience. I’ll work hands-on at your event or photoshoot, ensuring every outfit fits perfectly, coordinates seamlessly, and looks flawless on camera or in-person.

This service includes:

  • On-site styling and outfit adjustments

  • Coordination of wardrobe, accessories, and looks

  • Minor fit tweaks or on-the-spot tailoring (if needed)

  • Collaboration with hair, makeup, or photographers for cohesive visuals

Ideal for:

  • Photoshoots (personal, professional, or brand)

  • Events (weddings, parties, or special occasions)

  • Anyone who wants to look confident, polished, and picture-ready

Booking Confirmation & Communication

 

Turnaround time: 3–5 business days.
No same-day alterations unless approved.
All alteration services are final.

 

After your booking and payment, a confirmation email will be sent with:

Receipt of payment

Scheduled date and location (for in-person services)

Following the confirmation email, all further communication regarding your service will be conducted via Teams, FaceTime, text, or phone call, whichever method works best for you.

If you have any questions or concerns about a service, please leave your information on the contact form and I will respond as soon as possible.

For clients requesting out-of-state services, please include:

  1. Full name and email/phone

  2. Requested service(s) and date

  3. Location (city/state)

  4. Any special details (wardrobe items, garments, or photoshoot specifics)

Once submitted, I will provide a flat travel fee quote and confirm availability before booking.
